I fill up my tank about once a month. Walk to Whole Foods, gym, bar, restaurants, international coffee chain that shall not be named, bank and post office.
City living beats 'burbs any day.

I stumbled on you blog and found your thoughts to be appealing and interesting. Then took a peak at your profile and saw the "born in south louisiana". That explaines a lot, you have that good cajun blood coursing through your veins, whether you grew up here or not. Looking forward to more thoughts from you, good luck with your blog.

You obviously did not spend enough time in Ashburn because you would have discovered a wonderful international community happy to live in such a quiet and friendly area. We have a student from every country in the world at our local GREAT public schools and active parent involvement in all community activities. I think you need to look at the whole picture of why people choose to live in communities like Ashburn and not judge on our your short sighted narrow view of the world. Open your heart and mind to other possibilities.
